Caraway’s Kitchen Timer is mechanical, which means it doesn’t require batteries and is designed to last! Due to it’s mechanical nature, the Kitchen Timer works best with a quick wind-up first. Starting at 0, turn the dial clockwise to 55, then rotate it counterclockwise to your desired time. This helps ensure accurate timing every time.
